FRESH. EXCELLENT. TRENDSETTING. Our Values are embedded in every part of our DNA which means they shape our daily actions, explorations and research. For us, standing still means a step backwards – and that also goes for our packaging. We continuously scrutinise, revise and tweak it, always looking for ways to improve it. Our latest coup is the optimised packaging for our FRESH samples. As of now, our minis are filled into pouches. With these new pouches we have succeeded not only in revolutionising the product experience, but we’ve also taken a big step forward in terms of sustainability.

Mono-what? Mono-material! 

Our mono-material pouches are made entirely of one material, which makes them ideal for recycling. Because the fewer different materials used, and the purer the packaging, the better it can be recycled. Sorting plants can easily classify packaging that is made of a single material, and put it straight into recycling. This means that mono-material that has already been used can be made available again as the basis for new materials and packaging. That helps to reduce the use of natural resources. So by using mono-materials, our FRESH samples are 100 % recyclable! ♻️

Good for the environment and good for you! 

Our new pouches aren’t only the better option for the environment, but for you as well. Difficulties opening the old drip bottles are now a thing of the past. The caps have been optimised and can now be opened easily and without any great strength being required. They are also very easy to close again. A tamper-proof seal ensures that your FRESH samples are undamaged and have never been opened. We’re sure you’re familiar with tamper-proof seals from RINGANA DRINKS. These are rings that first have to be torn open, before the cap can be turned.

Thanks to the new packaging, you also get more product for the same money because it’s easier to get the last of it out than it was with the old drip bottles. More product for you and a better recycling process – it’s a win-win situation!

The revolutionary foil delivers the highest product stability thanks to a very strong barrier layer. This is a non-metallic oxygen barrier layer which works in a similar way to the glass-airless containers for our original-sized products. During manufacture, the molecular structure of this layer is altered in such a way that even with a low layer thickness, the penetration of oxygen is greatly reduced. With the drip bottles, in comparison, the wall strength would have to be significantly increased to create at least a somewhat better barrier and thus improve product stability. When it comes to our fresh skin care, product stability is very dependent on the oxygen barrier.

By using the foil with its very thin coating, we have reduced the packaging weight by 20% compared with the drip bottles. Which means that our FRESH samples are now even lighter, making them perfect for travel. 

Summary: The enhanced product experience and the improved sustainability make our FRESH samples absolutely FRESH, EXCELLENT and TRENDSETTING.
